With 35+ years of experience spanning engineering, global sales, and entrepreneurship, I help service business owners build genuine authority and transform their stakeholders into Business Superfans® — loyal advocates who accelerate growth and fuel sustainable success.

My story doesn’t start in a boardroom. It starts in France.
Born in France and raised in the United States, I learned early how to navigate adversity — language barriers, personal hardships, a challenging home environment. But I also discovered something about myself: I was creative, determined, and wired to solve problems. A passion for drafting launched me into engineering, and I never looked back.
My engineering career took off in 1972. I went on to design pivotal innovations — including spot-weld guns for the 1982 Ford Escort — and played a central role in the technological revolution of the 1980s by installing and training industry giants like Eaton Corp, Westinghouse, and General Motors in Computer-Aided Design (CAD). I earned multiple awards along the way, but more importantly, I learned how to translate complex technology into real-world results people could actually use.
In the 1990s, I moved into the Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) space — and that’s where things accelerated. By the late 1990s, I had become Director of Worldwide Sales & Marketing for a product called CAMWorks®. I launched it from the ground up, coined the term Machining Intelligence, and grew it from zero to $3 million in revenue within three years. That experience confirmed what I’d always believed: authority isn’t declared — it’s demonstrated.
Transitioning fully into sales and marketing, I took that same mindset global. Through advanced training with Wilson Learning and Holden Corporation, I built high-performing teams and forged lasting relationships across more than thirty countries. As a graduate of the Dale Carnegie program and an accomplished public speaker, I learned that the most powerful business tool isn’t a product or a pitch — it’s the relationship behind it.
That conviction is the foundation of everything I do today. It’s what led me to write Creating Business Superfans®, host the Business Superfans Podcast, and build a consulting practice around one core principle:
“To be terrific, you need to be specific, and if you’re specific, you’ll be terrific!”

With 35+ years spanning engineering, global sales leadership, and entrepreneurship — including turning around an interpretation and translation company and growing its annual revenue by nearly $1 million in under a year — I bring hard-won, real-world experience to every client I work with.
If you’re ready to build genuine authority and turn your stakeholders into your most powerful growth engine, let’s talk.
Achieved 1st Place in both Local and State Drafting Competitions, earning recognition for excellence.
During my first year in sales, I secured an order for a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that included a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) system valued at over $400,000.
Surpassed my assigned SaaS for CAD/CAM sales quota by more than 30%.
Achieved the highest SaaS CAD/CAM volume within the company.
I introduced a little-known CAM product called CAMWorks, which was compatible with SolidWorks. It showcased an early form of intelligence, leading me to coin the term "Machining Intelligence." I established a network of approximately 60 value-added resellers (VARs) worldwide. In just three years, I grew sales from zero to $3 million, with the highest-selling module priced at $10,000.
Following my success with CAMWorks, I attracted the attention of several SolidWorks SaaS partners who wanted me to market their products. This opportunity led me to establish my own company, where I secured exclusive distribution rights for the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and France.
After SolidWorks acquired several of the SaaS partners I was distributing, it effectively ended my business. Consequently, I joined a construction management SaaS company, where I played a key role in taking their product to market. During the company's debut at the International Construction Show, I contributed to their success by helping them secure a finalist award for construction SaaS. This recognition significantly boosted sales until the housing crash in 2008.
I became involved with a direct sales company, where I established a network for sub-agents. Subsequently, I launched a digital marketing agency focused on enhancing the online presence of small businesses. Additionally, I initiated a lunchtime business networking group, which I expanded to various cities and states.
I joined an interpretation and translation agency to help modernize its operations, reduce excessive turnover, implement efficient processes, revamp marketing strategies, and boost sales and profitability.

I released my first book, "Creating Business Superfans." This book explores how to transform employees, customers, and business partners into passionate brand advocates—whom I refer to as Superfans. These Superfans promote your business to everyone they know, driving growth and success at no cost.
As General Manager, I successfully increased the company's revenue by nearly $1 million, while achieving a profit margin of approximately 50% in the calendar year 2023. This accomplishment strategically positioned the company for potential acquisition.

Focused on interviewing successful entrepreneurs and SaaS disrupters to inspire small to mid-sized business owners to accelerate profitable and sustainable success.
The company was successfully acquired, and I oversaw the transition to the new owners.
Transitioning to work with Entrepreneurs to help them scaled their business cost-effectively, smartly, and positioning them for accelerated growth and sustainable success.
Working on a next level book, while still maintaining the Business Superfans theme.
